UK Delivery Services
UK Standard Delivery £5.95 – All orders should arrive within 3-5 working days of placing your order to UK customers.
During the national lockdowns delivery may take longer than usual, however we do still aim for you to receive your order within the above timeframe. Please be aware royal mail is experiencing delays in some areas, so please check with your local office if you are not receiving post.
Please be aware that delivery is only available within the UK at this time.
For click and collect during lockdown we will contact you with available collection days and times.

To help you keep track of your order, we will:
- Send a confirmation email to confirm your order, it will then be processed and shipped out to you. If there are any issues we will contact you as soon as possible.
- Please be aware that some deliveries may require a signature.
For UK customers, please return any goods within 14 days upon receipt of your original order. All return items should be in their original packaging with tags attached (where possible).
To return an item please complete the returns form included with your order, with clear indication to the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange. This information will help us deal with your return quickly and also help us to improve the quality of our products in the future.
Please note that all returns must be sent to ‘Eriswell Lodge Ltd’. Goods cannot be returned to our stockists if bought directly from us. Please also note any postage charges incurred when returning your items will be at your own cost (unless you are returning items deemed as faulty/incorrect).
