THE CLUBHOUSE RESTAURANT

Our high-grade kitchen provides feel-good food and can handle any catering requirements. We aim to use as much local produce in our menus as possible; maintaining a longstanding relationship with a local butcher, sourcing bread from a Brandon bakery, and using tea, coffee and hot chocolate from Butterworths in Bury St. Edmunds.

Renowned for our cooked breakfast range and speciality pies, we also have the ability to cater to fine dining menus, large parties and banquets. Our fully licenced bar is on-hand to create both cocktails and mocktails, serve bottled cider and beer, as well as local Greene King ales, Aspall’s cider and Maynards Farm soft drinks. With an experienced hospitality team at your service, we can satisfy your cravings.

CONFERENCing

In addition to our large space in the restaurant, we have 4 conference rooms to accommodate your special occasions or work-related events. One of our rooms can fit between 6-8 people whereas our theatre-style room can fit up to 150. Our space is flexible and able to offer every variation possible.

Whether you’re looking for a meeting room, a training session setting, space for team building activities or a venue for celebrations, our conference rooms are the perfect choice. From high-speed broadband, air conditioning, and HD projection systems, we are fully equipped to serve your requests.

Had our wedding reception here after looking for somewhere that we felt was exactly what we wanted, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and tolerated all of our (my!) little moments and changes as we went along. First class service throughout, really can’t recommend them highly enough!

Corporate Event

First time back to the shooting ground for a long time, and it made me realise that I need to go more often! It is a good location – easy to get to and ample space. There are sporting layouts to suit most abilities and preferences. There is also skeet on site too. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The prices are very competitive too.

Fantastic clay shooting ground in East Anglia. Plenty of stands for beginners/corporate as well more challenging ones for experienced shooters. Also, great food in the restaurant to entertain non shooting partners.

Frequently asked questions

How Do I Find Eriswell Lodge?

We are based on the side of the A1065 in between the Fiveways roundabout on the A11 and Brandon, and we have large signs on either side of our driveway.

Our postcode is IP27 9FB, but please check the location on your satnav before setting off. Some devices will try and take you off this main road into the village of Lakenheath and Eriswell. Please ignore your device if it tries to do this; continue on A1065 and we are just south of the RAF Lakenheath Main Gate on the opposite side of the road, inside the 40mph limit. If you do have any problems finding us, please call us on 01638 534045.

To view a map of our location, please visit our contact page.

Do You Have a Minimum Age Limit?

The joy of clay shooting is that it is open to everyone – there is no legal age limit, as long as the child is strong enough to support the gun they are able to shoot and they are supervised by a fully licenced adult.

For lessons, all we ask is that all children have a parent/guardian accompanying them throughout the session and that they are big enough to support the gun on their own. We have smaller gauge shotguns and lighter weight cartridges available to ensure that they are able to enjoy it as much as possible and start smashing clays!

Can I Bring My Dog?

Well behaved dogs are more than welcome at Eriswell Lodge however, we have one area of the café where they are allowed to sit in and we ask that you keep them on a lead and on the ground. If they misbehave in any way, you will be asked to take them outside.

Please also make sure you pick up your dog’s mess whilst you are on the ground.

We do ask that you only bring your dogs along if you intend to take them out with you on a lead, especially in hot weather. Please do not leave your dog in your vehicle.

Do You Have Anywhere to Eat or Sit Inside On-Site?

We have an on-site café which serves a range of hot and cold food and drink. It is the perfect place to warm up with a cup of tea between shooting, or to grab an ice cream in the summer months! We also welcome non-shooters to our café.
