Congratulations to Mark Goddard for winning the 2025/2026 Winter Series with a superb score of 390/400! Congratulations to all of our class and category winners too, it has been an excellent effort in endurance from everyone.

Our thanks again to our referee team for enduring the cold, wet, wind, and snow for the duration of the series to make sure you could take part!

the rules

  • The organisers decision on final placings for the series is final.
  • The individual shoots will be run in strict accordance with current CPSA rules for English Skeet, for Competitors, and for General Rules.
  • The Referees decision on broken or missed targets is final.
  • Classifications & categories will be those recorded on the CPSA systems at the start of the series on the 1st December 2025.
  • The winter series is a side event to these individual shoots, and is not considered to be under the jurisdiction of the CPSA or its rules.
  • You must shoot four of the six shoots to be entered into the series. You may shoot five or six if you so wish.
  • Your best four scores will be added together and used towards the final series standings.
  • Class payouts are based upon an additional payment of £2.00 per shooter per event. This is paid into the class for the series, and there is no option for a “birds only” entry into the series. Payouts for the classes will be determined by entry. All entrants are eligible to win the series class pay in prize fund regardless of targets only entry at individual shoots. The £2.00 levy per entry is not negotiable and goes towards this fund only.
  • The option for “birds only” will remain in place for the individual shoots.
  • If you are placed as High Gun overall you will automatically be removed from your class.
  • No prize pay in is available for category for either the day shoot or the series. Class wins will take priority over category.
  • One sponsored prize per person only.
  • All tied places/prizes will be add and divide other than High Gun whereby a shoot off may be required.
